On 12-11-08, about 9:30 A.M. Michael Hoal, law enforcement officer on the Homeland Security, planted a knife against me at the Norfolk, Va. Federal Building. I was falsely accused, charged, and arrested for something that I am not guilty. I had filed an EEOC complint against my employer, Citywide Protective Services, located in Cheseapeak, Va., Mrs. Carol Lukes, Mrs. Christy Dean, and Lt. Rogers. On 12-11-08, I had a Mediation meeting with Mrs. M. Blueford, ADR. Michael Hoal misused his position against me for his friends. He is in violation of Title 18 U.S.C 241, and Title 18 U.S. C. 242. I have to go to court on February 3, 2009. As of now, I do not have a lawyer. A lawyer costs about $5000.00. Thank you, Rosetta Rushing

For a law enforcement to misuse his position for his friends is a bad thing to happen. I reported Michal Hoal to the Norfolk Virginia FBI, to the state police, and the Honorable governor. This far, I have not heard anything from the Norfolk, VA, FBI office.
